Payment Options:
Buying online is easy - choose the method you prefer:
* Paypal: pay by credit or debit card using paypal's secure online payment system. You don't need to be registered with paypal to use this service. Simply click the 'buy now' links and follow the instructions for instant payment. The following cards are accepted for most European destinations:
* Pay over the phone: UK customers only, with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, American Express and JCB cards. Call me on 07828 073903 or 0208 1331 696 or email me your number and I'll call you ^^
*Cheque/Postal Order: customers within UK only: If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please email the details of the order (don't forget to include a delivery address!) and post your payment to us (email and address found on 'contact' page). Please make cheques and postal orders payable to 'Dare'.
Sorry but we cannot accept cheques or postal orders from outside UK.
Shipping:
Most items are ready to dispatch within 1 week of placing your order. If not your order will usually be dispatched within 28 days. If there will be a delay in dispatching your order you will be informed. If you are buying for a specific date please let us know before placing your order so we can make sure we can meet your deadline!
Postal/Shipping costs:
For all countries within the European Union the cost is as follows:
Free for orders under £10.00
£3.00 for orders £10.00 to £30.00
£4.00 for orders £30.01 to £50.00
Free postage for orders over £50.00
All orders within the UK are sent by recorded delivery (either 1st or 2nd class depending on the weight of the order). Orders in Europe are sent by standard airmail. If you need an order urgently we can send by special delivery or international signed or airsure if you are happy to pay £5.00 extra for this service. Please email me before ordering if you need speedy delivery!
Separate Sending of Items
Due to the way we charge postage we will not split your order to send items individually. If you have ordered multiple items and some are not ready to send immediately, we will hold the in stock items until the complete order is ready to send. Usually all items are ready within 1 - 2 weeks and you will be kept informed on the progress of your order. If you want the in stock items sent individually you can choose to pay separate postage for this. I will email at the time you order to let you know if any items are out of stock and the delivery time for the total order.
International Shipping:
Please email me before placing an order if you live outside of the European Union. I will then email you our international terms, shipping costs and delivery time scale and explain how to place the order.
P.O Boxes:
Sorry, but we do not deliver to P.O boxes. (Armed Forces addresses are accepted).
Keeping in Touch:
You can contact us in a variety of ways - please use the main menu to view our contact details (in the Info drop down menu). Every one of you is a valued customer and I enjoy the time I spend with you online - if I have your email address I will contact you regularly to update you on the progress of your order. Email me any time you have any questions... or just to say hello :-) I reply to all emails sent, so if you ever don't get a reply from me it means I either haven't received your mail or my replies to you are bouncing back. If this is the case you can always communicate with me via the guest book, our myspace, or give me a call!.
Bounced Emails:
Due to a problem resulting from my emails bouncing back from a previous customer, I am sorry but from now on if my emails cannot reach you I will REFUND YOUR ORDER. If you have an order refunded but still want the item you can reorder but will have to provide me with an alternate contact - another email and a phone number please.
Returns Policy for European Union customers:
We appreciate that buying online can be nerve wracking - what if the item doesn't look like you'd hoped or doesn't fit how you'd like? Don't worry! If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for a refund or exchange, no problem!
If you want to EXCHANGE any items you will have to pay all postage costs, (the delivery cost of returning the item, and the postage/shipping to have the exchange sent back to you).
If you want to RETURN any items you will have to pay the postage to send the item back. We will refund the cost of the item only, not the postage on the order.
If you are returning a FAULTY item we will refund the entire cost of the order, you have to pay the postage to send it back to us.
Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition they were sent, within 14 days of you receiving them.
In all cases please email me before returning an item, so I know to expect it and to let you know what postage payment to include if you want an exchange.
All goods are thoroughly checked before they are sent to make sure they are of a high quality and fit for the purpose for which they were designed. Please check your goods immediately as we will not accept returns for faults once the item has been worn.
In all cases you bear the cost of returning the goods to us, and we will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the returned post so please speak to the post office/delivery company for insurance or tracking for the parcel.
Value Added Tax:
International buyers and VAT registered companies do not need to claim back VAT on the order - Dare is not registered for VAT so you are not charged any VAT on your order.
